Barbie has been part of our lives since we were tiny. We loved the dolls we would pick out at Target as well as the giant bin of barbies our mom saved from her childhood. We have also grown up loving the Barbie movies….ok we still do! It’s crazy to think how Barbie is such a staple in most children’s lives. Generation after generation, Barbie is there! We love that Barbie shows girls that they can be anything! Barbie even has career dolls that tell girls they can do any job they want! We LOVE that! We wanted to share some of our dreams with you.
Kaiya: My dream is to become a USA Women’s Soccer player. I can just picture myself becoming just like Alex Morgan. We are so grateful for the women we look up to on the National Team who are paving the way and making sure women are treated fairly in sports and are such amazing role models!
Jaydin: My dream is to someday own my own fashion line. I want to go to college and learn about business and then go to art school to study fashion. I have loved fashion since…forever and designing my own line would be a dream come true! I think Ill call it Jaydin Skye.
Fun fact: Jaydin’s nickname has been Barbie for years. With that long blonde hair, she was bound to be called that at some point in her life.
You can shop all the Barbie 60th Anniversary items at Target. Thank you Barbie for the cute items!
